Beach House - The Great White Florida House

The Great White Florida House was a great home with excellent ocean views, and a great private pool to go along with it. We stayed with another family and the space worked well for two families with small children. The house was wonderful and you supplied everythihg needed in the kitchen. Except for a few glitches.....smoke detectors went off after midnight and we had to scramble to pull them off. That was taken care of the next day promptly. Pool toys and beach chairs and enough refrigerator space was a plus as we were a big family. Lovely view of the beach . Thanks for a lovely stay.

We could not have been happier with the Great White Florida House - WOW! It was beautifully furnished and so well thought out with all of its layout and amenities (so many little things that added up in a mighty way!). We had six adults and two small children, and it was absolutely perfect. The swimming pool was wonderful for adults and small children; and the elevator was a HUGE (and completely unexpected) plus! This property is now solidly at THE TOP of our priority list of places to stay - thank you for a fabulous week of much needed rest and enjoyment. P.S. - we actually got to see an aggregation (yes, that's the term!) of manatees swimming off shore! Wonderful home - absolutely could not have been more beautiful. Porch and pool were our favorite hang outs, also just a few steps to the beach. Our families (10 people) had a great time in this new home and it’s proximity to the beach and having a pool made it a great choice. The ice maker and beach chairs made our stay and time at the beach even more relaxing and enjoyable. If anyone wants to stay in a brand new beach front home with a pool and access to a great beach that is very secluded and peaceful, this is the place! Thank you, Wes, for providing great service during our stay and we hope to visit St. Joe Beach again on the future!

Great location, plenty of room, inside and out. Great for kids who bounce from the beach to the pool.Perfect if you like a quiet less busy town. Assistance responds with any issues quickly.

Loved the house! Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, convenient location!

We had 2 families stay at the Great White house for fall break - 4 adults, 4 children (3-8yrs) - and this house was absolutely perfect. We loved the layout of the house with all rooms on one floor - the elevator made bringing luggages, groceries, etc. upstairs a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, which we did a lot of. We spent so much time on the back porch - the beachfront view is so relaxing. The pool area was great for the kids. We loved exploring the beach - so many seashells and great fishing. Now, the water is not the ideal crystal blue you find in the gulf (I think due to its proximity to the bay water) but we enjoyed it nonetheless. A few days we drove up to Cape San Blas to find the typical gulf coast blue water. We had a bit of bad luck with the dishwasher breaking on day 2 - the rental company was responsive but the fix required ordering a part. Other than that, the stay was excellent and we are planning to return next year.

Fantastic house on the beach with a great pool. The floor plan of the house is well thought out. All the amenities you will ever need. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for relaxing and just getting away from everything.
